Copper Nickel Tube
Copper Nickel Tube Copper Nickel tubes are utilized in a variety of industries, including shipbuilding, freshwater facilities, and the construction of gas and oil petroleum plants. RMK is a reliable supplier of Cu-Ni Tubes, serving major clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
At RMK, we offer a comprehensive range of Copper Nickel tubes, designed to meet the varying needs of our clients. Our tubes are manufactured using high-quality materials and advanced machinery, and are available in a range of dimensions from 1.5 mm (minimum) to 259 mm (maximum). RMK is capable of producing Copper Nickel tubes with a maximum length of 32 meters.
Admiralty Brass Tube Admiralty Brass, a Copper Zinc Alloy containing a trace of tin and arsenic, is known for its excellent resistance to corrosion in both stagnant and slow-moving water, in both moderately polluted river water and clean seawater. It is most commonly used in the form of a tube for heat exchange equipment.Admiralty Brass tubes are widely used in a variety of applications, including evaporators, condensate coolers, heaters, vent condensers, water heaters, generators, air coolers, turbine oil coolers, and more, in industries such as petrochemical, shipbuilding, power plants, and desalination plants.
Aluminium Brass Tube An Aluminum Brass alloy, which contains copper, zinc, and a small amount of arsenic added as an inhibitor, exhibits exceptional resistance to dezincification. It is widely used for condenser tubes, particularly in environments that are subject to high-velocity salt and brackish water. One of the key benefits of Aluminum Brass is its high resistance to impingement attack, making it a reliable choice for marine and land power stations where cooling water velocities are high. This alloy is often recommended as an alternative to Inhibited Admiralty Brass in cases where impingement has caused failure.
RMK is a leading producer of carbon steel pipes that serve a variety of purposes, including use in low and medium-pressure boilers, petroleum casing tubes, ships, fluid conveyance, petroleum cracking and structures, and as pumping rods. Our pipes are available in outer diameters ranging from 1.5mm to 168.28mm and come in grades such as A178, A179, and A192. Additionally, we offer a variety of wall thickness options, including SCH 30, SCH 40, SCH 80, and SCH 160. Our high-quality products have gained recognition from top engineering, procurement, and construction firms and major corporate clients in Europe, the USA, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Our carbon steel pipes are also notable for their length, with a maximum length of 32 meters, making them the longest available in South Korea.
Stainless Steel Pipes are widely utilized in applications requiring sturdy materials for safe conveyance of potable water. Their selection is favored by manufacturers due to their innate characteristics that prevent exposure to unwanted or unknown substances, ensuring the delivery of clean water. In addition, these pipes also serve as structural support in various structures and vehicles. The terms "pipe" and "tube" are often used interchangeably, although "tube" specifically denotes a product with elevated engineering specifications. Tubes are typically manufactured in accordance with standardized dimensions.
At RMK, we offer a comprehensive solution for tubing, including U-bending. Our integrated approach reduces time and cost, resulting in a cost-effective solution for clients. Our U-bent tubes undergo rigorous quality control measures and heat treatment when necessary. For carbon steel (CS) and stainless steel (SS), heat treatment is usually not necessary for bending with a radius greater than 100mm. Quality documentation, including heat treatment charts, will be provided to clients upon request.
Insert Type Tube RMK provides an all-in-one solution for the Insert Type Tube, combining tubing and insert technology for optimal results. This approach reduces time and cost, and enhances the overall value of the tubes. The tubes undergo strict quality management procedures, including heat treatment charts, to ensure their integrity and performance. In marine applications, such as battleships, the use of tubes with double-wall construction and integrated holes is desirable for its corrosion-resistant and leak-preventing properties, as well as its ability to maximize heat transfer efficiency. The space between the walls also serves to minimize the impact from external elements.RMK also offers integral finned tubes with 5 and 4 lines, which provide enhanced heat transfer efficiency by maximizing the surface area of the inner tubes. While these tubes offer a higher degree of heat transfer than the double-wall tubes with integrated holes, they are comprised of a single wall and therefore cannot provide protection from external damage. Additionally, the design allows for different gases to be input into each space, enabling the mixing of gases at the final stage of use. RMK Tube provides the necessary fittings and seals to ensure a complete solution for your project.
New Developing Tube RMK Tube is exploring innovative solutions in the field of heat exchangers, oil, and gas facilities through the integration of bi-metal or cladding tubes. These materials enhance the efficiency of conventional materials without deforming or altering them. However, their usage in heat exchanger, oil, and gas facilities remains limited. Our research and development team is currently testing bi-metals and collecting data on their performance. This will guide our company towards new and innovative business opportunities in the coming years. RMK Tube is dedicated to advancing piping technology and shaping the future of the tubing industry.
RMK specializes in the production of CRA Clad Tubes and Pipes, providing an efficient and high-quality solution for various applications. With over a decade of experience in this field, our cladding process involves combining two different materials through a cold-drawing process, resulting in fast production and reliable quality. Our patented Bi-Metal CRA solution offers strong resistance to HIC & SSCC environments and can save up to 70% of the cost compared to traditional methods, while also reducing lead time. Our clad tubes and pipes are available in a range of sizes, from Ø15.88mm to Ø168.28mm, and lengths up to 10.55~11.8m, and can be made with a variety of inner and outer materials, including Titanium, Tantalum, Cu-Ni Alloy, Stainless Steel, and Ni Alloy.
